Iron county manages the R&PP (Recreation and Public Purpose). This area contains two large covered pavilions for group gatherings with fire pits, swing sets, water, and restrooms. Picnic tables are located in the smaller pavilion. This area also features eight individual picnic sites with shaded picnic tables, trash bins, and fire rings. The area also has restrooms and water available in the campground. Campsites and picnic areas are available on a first come first serve basis. The Iron County R&PP is host to unique rock formations that are ideal for rock crawling events.
Group Gatherings. Inside the Iron County Recreation Area there are two covered pavilions

The Iron County Shooting Range located at the far west edge of the Three Peaks Complex. Shooting is prohibited anywhere other than at the range in Three Peaks. The shooting range is a dedicated target shooting area that features a long and short range. There is also a cowboy action shooting range for organized events. This range has trash cans and a restroom.
