Public Meetings
The next series of public meetings will be held following the publication of the draft Environmental Impact Statement and Resource Management Plan. The planning schedule calls for the publication of the draft EIS/RMP to be completed in the first quarter of 2007. The purpose of public meetings is to give the public an opportunity to voice their concerns on the proposed management changes as identified in the EIS/RMP. The meetings will also provide a forum for discussions between individuals and BLM staff members. Active participation is highly encouraged. When the meeting locations and dates are identified, they will be published on this page.
