How to Categorize Your Comments
The BLM encourages you to categorize your comments on the RMP/EIS. Please choose a category (or categories) from the list provided for each comment.
For example, if your first comment is on air quality, please write “Air Quality” on the line before you begin or simply select this category on the website submission form. This may also help you organize your thoughts. If you prefer to combine categories, list all of them before making your comment. This self categorization takes a little effort on your part; however, you know best how you would like your comment(s) categorized.
Examples:
Livestock Grazing
The analysis for livestock grazing should include the economic benefit to local rural communities.
Or
Water Quality
I am concerned that coalbed methane development may harm water quality in my community.
