||What are RAS reports?
There are five public Range Authorization Reports:
Allotment Information, Allotment Master, Authorized Use by Allotment, Operator Information, and Permits Schedule Information.
||How do I access RAS reports?
Click on "Run Reports" on the menu bar and the reporting application will come up in a new window. Select the report you would like to run and fill in the selection criteria. To run reports you must have TLS 1.0 enabled on your Internet Browser, see instructions.

Can I print the RAS report that I am viewing?
Yes. There are two ways to print: using the standard print button or using the pdf to print.
1. Standard Print - Click the "File" menu on the far left hand side of the toolbar, click Print.
2. PDF print - select PDF from the menu bar and select File and Print.
||Can I create a new report or edit an existing report from this website?
No. The reports contained on this website can only be viewed, not edited or created.
||How often are Brio Reports updated?
The Public RAS Reports are only updated when changes are made to the internal RAS transaction system. Changes to the transaction system are made to the public reports the following day.
||What does AUMs stand for?
AUMs stands for Animal Unit Months, which is the unit used to charge a rancher for land use, depending on the type of animal.
