La Posa Travel Management Plan

The La Posa Travel Management Area (TMA) surrounds the community of Quartzsite, Arizona. The area covers approximately 629 square miles. The majority of the TMA is located in La Paz County (538 square miles) and a smaller portion in Yuma County (90 square miles) in Arizona. It is one of the five TMAs administered by the Yuma Field Office of the BLM.

Public availability of the EA begins the final phase of the planning process. It provides an opportunity for administrative review and filing of an appeal by any person who believes they may be adversely affected by the decision. Written appeals must be postmarked no later than 30 days after the document was signed, or by April 7, 2016

  • On the Tools menu, click Internet Options
