Description:
Abstract:
Perimeters of wildfires occurring in the Utah during the 2009 season. All fire boundaries were collected with GPS and differentially corrected, unless otherwise indicated in the attribute table.
Purpose: For use in planning and land management.
Supplemental_Information:
Procedures Used: Fire perimeter data is collected in the field via GPS. Files are then post process differentially corrected in Pathfinder Office. Corrected data are then verified for accuracy and used to generate various other products for use in fire and land management activities.
Reviews Applied to Data: digital sources were visually compared with planimetric data, digitized data were plotted and overlaid with source material, technical errors were identified and corrected in ArcMap.
