Abstract:
This dataset represents the boundaries of Congressionally designated national conservation areas (NCA) in Utah. NCAs in Washington County, Utah were originally designated by the 111th Congress in the "Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009". Boundaries of the Beaver Dam Wash NCA were later revised by a subseqent act of Congress, and are reflected in this data.
Purpose:
This theme identifies Congressionally designated national conservation areas in Utah.
