The BLM's unique multiple-use mandate just got even more unique. Below are a number of the clips from our YouTube site. We know that Oregon and Washington are big states with lots of land. Illegal Dumping on BLM Land
- Description: The BLM manages public lands—many of which are remote areas that attract illegal dumping. Every year, our nation spends millions in taxes to reverse the damage caused by abandoned automobiles, dumping, and littering. Besides attracting rodents and insects, dumpsites attract MORE dumping and waste. Discarded materials are often hazardous and toxic. If you see illegal dumping, report it immediately to your local BLM or law enforcement office. Help keep our public lands healthy.
