Tyee Recreation Site

Fees:  $10 per night, $4 extra vehicle. Pavilion use fee is $50 and a $50 deposit.

Tyee Recreation Site has 15 first come campsites and is located on the main stem of the Umpqua River. A day-use picnic area and 50 person pavilion offer an exceptional setting for small group activities. Easy access to the river allows for fishing and water play opportunties. Horseshoe pits are also on site. Note that the pavilion area grass may not be as green in later summer compared to the springtime. *Reservations are required for groups of over 24 persons to use the pavilion. To reserve the pavilion up to a year in advance, call 1-877-444-6777 or go to www.recreation.gov. Contact the Roseburg District BLM office for further details. Dogs are allowed on a 6 foot leash in the campground, but are not allowed in the day-use area (pavilion area) Firewood may be available for $5 a bucket.
