Wildcat Campground and Horse Camp

Wildcat Campground

Wildcat Campground, located two miles up East Hyatt Lake Road, offers 12 more campsites and an unimproved boat ramp.

Campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two vault toilets, trash service, and potable water pump are provided. All main campground facilities, including use of indoor showers and RV dumping, are available for use of campers staying at Wildcat. An unimproved boat ramp is available at the Wildcat Campground. A water hand-pump is provided for potable water at Wildcat.

  • $7.00 per site per night.

Directions

Stay on the East Hyatt Lake Road past the main campground entrance and continue for about 2 miles. Turn left at entrance sign and bear right at the intersection.

Horse Camp

The Horse Camp has five sites with corrals located near Wildcat Campground. The Horse/Stock Camp is linked via spur trail to the Pacific Crest Trail. Reservations are null and void when campers are not accompanied by livestock. This campsite has a vault restroom nearby but does not offer potable water. Stock are not permitted in the main campground areas. Campers with stock can reserve these sites in advance by calling 541-482-2031.
