Western Oregon Plan Revisions
Technical Briefing
Selected Resource Topics
October 16 in Medford and
October 18 in Eugene
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Purpose of Meetings:
To provide interested parties in-depth information about the assumptions and methodologies used in the BLM's Western Oregon Plan Revision Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and discuss the expected effects to selected resources of each planning alternative.
Process of Sessions:
For each of the six selected topics, key planning team members will offer a 20 minute presentation followed by up to 40 minutes of discussion with participants. BLM will not be collecting formal public comments at this session. These sessions are designed for people who have a basic understanding of the plan revision process.
