1995 Resource Management Plans

On March 31, 2011, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia vacated and remanded the administrative withdrawal of the 2008 Record of Decision and Resource Management Plans for the Salem, Eugene, Roseburg, Coos Bay, and Medford Districts, and the Klamath Falls Resource Area of the Lakeview District (Douglas Timber Operators et al. v. Salazar). The BLM will design projects to conform to both the 2008 RODs and RMPs and the 1995 RMP. Consequently, projects will be consistent with the goals and objectives in both the 1995 RMP and 2008 ROD and RMP.
