Strategic Surveys
Most strategic surveys contain an introductory letter, in HTML, that is linked to a table of contents that accesses the PDF of the Strategic Surveys and supplemental documents, if any. Accessing the PDF for other than direct download requires that you have installed a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
