Most management recommendations contain an introductory letter, in HTML, that is linked to a table of contents that accesses one or more PDFs of the Management Recommendations. If there is more than one PDF accessible from the Table of Contents, the number will appear in parentheses after 'PDF'. Accessing the PDF for other than direct download requires that you have installed a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
