D   A known site for Plethodon stormi has been confirmed in the East Fork of Indian Creek, Happy Camp Ranger District,  Klamath National Forest.  Based on this known site, the south range for P. stormi is now described as follows:  The eastern boundary line of the south range follows interstate highway 5 (I-5) south from the Siskiyou Crest to the northernmost crossing of I-5 and the R7W/R6W boundary line.  It continues south along this line to the Klamath/Trinity National Forest boundary.  The southern boundary line of the southern range continues southwest along the forest boundary to the Scott River/Salmon River District boundary.  The western boundary line of the southern range continues northwest along the Scott River/Salmon River District boundary to the Humboldt/Mt. Diablo Meridian.  The western boundary of the southern range continues north along the Humboldt/Mt. Diablo Meridian line to the south watershed boundary of the China Creek watershed.  The western boundary line then continues west to California Highway 96 and follows the highway to the confluence of Indian Creek, and the Klamath River.  The western boundary line of the southern range then continues north along Indian Creek to the confluence of Indian Creek and the east fork of Indian Creek.  The western boundary line then continues up the western watershed boundary of the East Fork of Indian Creek to the California state line. The northern boundary of the southern range then follows the California state line to the Siskiyou Crest.  The northern boundary of the south range then continues along the Siskiyou Crest east to I-5.

E      Range change for Helminthoglypta hertleini includes removal of the Klamath FO, Lakeview District BLM; the Arcata FO, NorCal District BLM; the Weaverville RD, Big Bar RD, and Hayfork RD, Shasta Trinity NF and the Six Rivers NF and the addition of the Swiftwater FO, Roseburg District BLM.

F      Range change for Monadenia fidelis minor includes the addition of the Hood River and Barlow RD’s, Mt Hood NF and the Mt Adams RD, Gifford Pinchot NF.

G     Range change for Pristoloma arcticum crateris includes the addition of the Ashland FO, Medford District BLM.

H     Range change for Arcangeliella lactarioides includes the addition of the OR Eastern Cascades physiographic province.

K     Range change for Cudonia monticola includes the addition of the WA Western Cascades physiographic province.

L      Range change for Gastroboletus ruber includes the addition of the OR Coast Range physiographic province.

M    Range change for Gastroboletus turbinatus includes the addition of the OR Western Cascades physiographic province.

R     Range change for Cryptomastix hendersoni includes the addition of the Mt Hood NF; Naches RD, Wenatchee NF; and the Mt Adams RD, Gifford Pinchot NF.

S      Range change for Deroceras hesperium includes the removal of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie NF and the addition of the Ashland FO, Medford District BLM; the Klamath Falls FO, Lakeview District BLM; the Butte Falls RD, Rogue River NF and the Klamath RD, Winema NF.

W    Range change for Megomphix hemphilli includes the addition of the Mt St Helens and Cowlitz Valley RD’s, Gifford Pinchot NF; the Hood Canal RD, Olympic NF and the Hood River RD, Mt Hood NF and the removal of the Ashland, Butte Falls, Grants Pass FOs, Medford BLM and the Butte Falls, Ashland, and Applegate RD’s, Rogue River NF and the Illinois Valley, Gold Beach, Chetco, and Galice RD’s, Siskiyou NF.

X     Range change for Monadenia chaceana includes the removal of the Grants Pass FO, Medford District BLM and Weaverville RD, Shasta-Trinity NF and the addition of the Diamond Lake RD, Umpqua NF; Prospect RD, Rogue River NF and the South River FO, Roseburg District BLM.

Y     A taxonomic revision has merged two S&M species, M. f. klamathica and M. f. ochromphalus (both B^3,4) and one non-S&M species, M. f. salmonensis, into this new taxon.

Z     Range change for Monadenia infumata ochromphalus includes the addition of administrative units occurring in Trinity County, California.  The range of Monadenia infumata ochromphalus is now described as Nor Cal BLM (Redding FO in Siskiyou and Trinity Counties, Arcata FO), Klamath NF (Happy Camp RD, Ukonom RD, Oak Knoll RD, Scott River RD, Salmon River RD), Six Rivers NF (Orleans RD, Lower Trinity RD, Mad River RD), Siskiyou NF (Illinois Valley RD), Rogue River NF (Applegate RD).

AA Range change for Oreohelix n. sp for includes the addition of the Leavenworth RD, Wenatchee NF.

BB   Range change for Prophysaon coeruleum includes the removal of the Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie NF and the addition of the Happy Camp, Oak Knoll, Goosenest RD’s, Klamath NF; Orleans RD, Lower Trinity RD, Six Rivers NF and the Redding FO in Siskiyou County and Arcata FO, BLM.
