Summary: The Bureau of Land Management, Tillamook Resource Area, has prepared a Determination of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) for the Head East Re-Offer Timber Sale. The action is a density management thinning on 302 acres of LSR and Riparian Reserve lands within the Moon Creek and East Creek subwatersheds of the Nestucca River drainage in Tillamook County, Oregon. The action is located in T. 3 S., R. 8 W., Sections 3, 11, 13, 14, and 15 Willamette Meridian and was described and analyzed in the Moon Creek Projects --Density Management Thinning and Coarse Wood Development, Environmental Assessment Number OR-086-08-05 dated Novermber 3, 2008.
