Summary: Burns District Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to implement fuels management and ecosystem restoration treatments within the six units (collectively referred to as the project area) that make up the SES Project Area in the Three Rivers Resource Area (RA). The Project Area encompasses 23,672 acres. Prescribed fire and silvicultural thinning activities would be the primary management tools utilized by the Proposed Action Alternative.
