Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument Resource Management Plan
The Bureau of Land Management's Medford District is currently developing a Resource Management Plan for the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. The monument was designated June 9, 2000 by Presidential Proclamation to protect the object of biological interest in the area. The District has completed Draft and Final Environmental Impact Statements and developed a Plan for Studying the Impacts of Livestock Grazing on the Objects of Biological Interest. A completed plan and Record of Decision are anticipated in early 2006. For copies of the Proposed Resource Management Plan/Final EIS or the Plan for Studying the Impacts of Livestock Grazing on the Objects of Biological Interest, or to add your name to the project mailing list contact the Medford District.
