Description:  

highways_arc: This file includes all state owned or maintained highways, connections, frontage roads, temporary traveled routes and located lines in the states of Oregon and Washington.

Purpose:  

This data provides a detailed view of the state highway system based on the Linear Referencing system (LRS) used by both the Oregon Department of Transportation and the Washington State Department of Transportation. 1:24k resolution.
