Summary: The Vale District, Bureau of Land Management has prepared an environmental assessment and unsigned finding of no significant impact for a proposed action within the Jordan Resource Area. The proposed action is to authorize the use of an unauthorized range improvement project in the Chimney Creek pasture of the Eiguren Allotment (1305) and sign a cooperative agreement to address future maintenance of the project with the permittee authorized for grazing in the Eiguren Allotment. The Tree Spring pipeline extensions are on BLM managed public land in the Chimney Creek pasture of the Eiguren Allotment (T. 35 S., R. 42 E. W.M. sections 17 and 18).
