| Summary: The Vale District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is conducting a gather of wild horses in the Hog Creek Herd Management Area (HMA) in southeastern Oregon. We consider it important to notify you at this time as an interested public regarding actions involving wild horses. To meet our obligations to you and to that of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), we have posted the required NEPA documentation, analyzing the environmental effects of this gather. The Environmental Assessment and Decision Record will provide you with the details of this gather that will occur in the very near future.
