Baker Resource Area Welcome Letter (PDF)

The Vale District of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has recently begun the process of preparing a revised RMP for BLM-managed lands within the Baker Resource Area. The previous RMP, finalized in 1989, is in need of revision to establish further management guidance and to update objectives and policies. The revised plan will provide a comprehensive framework for managing and allocating public lands and resources in the Baker Resource Area for the next 15 to 20 years.
