Winter 2008	Notice of Intent	"Notice of Intent" published in the federal register and local publication on January 2008
Summer 2008	Scoping	Open houses for scoping will be held in Ontario, Milton-Freewater, Pendelton, Hermiston, Enterprise, LaGrande, Asotin, Baker and Troy.
Fall 2008	Analysis of Management Situation	Describes the current management situation. Provides a reference for developing and evaluating alternatives.
Fall 2008 - Fall 2009	Alternative Development and Environmental Analysis	Alternatives developed based on resolving issues and concerns raised during scoping.
Summer 2011	Draft RMP / EIS Released	- Written for public audience - Circulate and publicize availability of Draft RMP/EIS document.
Winter 2012	Final EIS Proposed RMP	- Consideration and response to public comment on Draft document - File Final EIS and make publicly available
Spring 2012	Record of Decision Final Resource Management Plan
