Summer 2008	Scoping	Open houses for scoping will be held in Ontario, Milton-Freewater, Pendelton, Hermiston, Enterprise, LaGrande, Asotin, Baker and Troy.
Fall 2008	Analysis of Management Situation	Describes the current management situation. Provides a reference for developing and evaluating alternatives.
Fall 2008 - Fall 2009	Alternative Development and Environmental Analysis	Alternatives developed based on resolving issues and concerns raised during scoping.
Winter 2010	Draft RMP / EIS Released	- Written for public audience - Circulate and publicize availability of Draft RMP/EIS document.
Fall 2010	Supplement to Draft RMP/EIS Released	90 Day Public Comment Period
Winter 2011	Final EIS Proposed RMP	- Consideration and response to public comment on Draft document - File Final EIS and make publicly available
Spring 2011	Record of Decision Final Resource Management Plan
