The Decision Record documents the Border Field Manager's decision and rationale regarding the Lakeview Ranch Proposed OHV Route project. The Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) documents why the selected alternative does not constitute a major Federal action which would significantly affect the quality of the human environment. NOTE: The protest/appeal dates listed on this website are approximate. The final protest/appeal dates will be dependent on the date of receipt for decision notifications being distributed via U.S. Mail.
