Finding of No Significant Impact,Decision Record OR-130-07-FONSI-DR-001 Project Under Implementation
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) have reviewed Environmental Assessment OR-130-07-EA-001 (Reference b.) and find that the proposed action, which is also described in the Mining and Reclamation Plan for T-Abbs Allotment, 109-1G &1H (Reference a.) would not result in significant impacts to the human environment. The assessment identifies potential impacts to soils, cultural resources, air quality, water quality, vegetation, wildlife, and visual resources.

Environmental Assessment OR-130-07-EA-001 Project Under Implementation
La Pianta LLC has prepared this Environmental Assessment for the proposed gravel mining operation on the T-Abbs Allotment, 109 -1G & 1H, Muckleshoot Tribe parcels of land within the Muckleshoot Reservation of the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, a federally recognized Indian Tribe, in Auburn, Washington (also commonly known as the "Williams Property"). The proposed sand and gravel extraction operation will provide material for various construction projects throughout the region.
