| Summary: The approved decision is to remove sediment and dense vegetation from Packer Creek and an adjacent side channel (2440 linear feet) to improve water flow to restored wetlands and a privately-owned well. Secondly, it is approved to restore approximately 25 acres of old farmland dominated by poison hemlock and tall wheatgrass to more diverse native vegetation by employing methods of field cultivation, herbicide application (glyphosate, 2,4-D, and picloram via ground broadcast and spot application) and drill seeding. | |
