Summary: The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has filed an application with the BLM to upgrade its Electric City Ridge radio transmitter site and for permission to sublease the site. The WSDOT desires to replace the existing 50' tall guyed lattice tower with a self-supporting 100' tall lattice tower. Construction activity would involve pouring a new triangular shaped concrete foundation (29'x29'x3'), assembly ofthe new tower, and removal ofthe existing guyed tower. No changes are planned for the other improvements at the site, which include a concrete block building, steel container generator building, and propane tank.
