Summary: The Pend Oreille County PUD has been approved to renew the right-of way for the existing 7.2kV Cook's Mountain powerline. The line provides power to a communication site on private land. The original right-of-way grant was issued in 1986 but the powerline was first constructed in 1956. The right-of-way is approximately 1200 feet long and 40 feet wide. No new rights will be issued or new ground disturbance approved as a result of this administrative action. The term of the grant will be 30 years.
