Benton County is applying to renew their right-of-way grant for an existing fence that is associated with their R&PP lease for the Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Range. The issuance of this right-of-way grant may be appealed to the Interior Board of Land Appeals, Office of the Secretary, in accordance with the regulations at 43 CFR, Part 4. If an appeal is taken, your notice of appeal must be filed in the Spokane District Office, 1102 North Fancher Rd, Spokane Valley, Washington 99212, within 30 days from receipt of this decision.
