| Summary: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the US Army Yakima Training Center (YTC) are joint lead federal agencies for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) that will address potential effects of a proposal by Pacific Power to build and operate a new 230kV electric transmission line across lands managed by both agencies. The proposed transmission line would be located in Grant, Kittitas, and Yakima Counties in Washington, and is known as the Vantage-Pomona Heights 230kV Transmission Line.
