Summary: This proposal is to renew existing electrical transmission line right of way authorization WAW 03390 authorized to PacifiCorp in 1959. This is an administrative action; no ground disturbance is requested. As specified in 43 CFR 3000.4 (Appeals) and 43 CFR 4.411, any party that feels they are adversely affected by this decision has 30 days from the date this decision is made available at the Spokane District Office to file an appeal. The appellant has the burden of proof of showing that the decision appealed from is in error.
