Summary: Dear Interested Party: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Spokane District, has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) that addresses applications from the City of West Richland, for rights-of-way to widen and/or properly authorize street/utility corridors on public lands, in Benton County, WA. BLM is seeking comments on this EA during the period indicated below. Comments should provide specific points relating to the EA, regarding the purpose and need, issues, proposed action, range of alternatives or associated impacts.
