Early July                   Counties elect how much to allocate to Title II
                                    Information about county Title II funding levels available to BLM

July 13                        Full Project proposals due

July 16                         BLM reviews projects for consistency with objectives of the Act.
                                    BLM provide written feedback to applicants when projects do not meet purposes of the act.
           
July 20                         BLM assemble notebooks with all project proposals
                                    Distribute RAC proposals to counties and RAC members
                                   
                                    Projects ranked by BLM staff as requested by RAC.

August 10                     Feedback requested from counties.

August 16                   Proposed RAC meeting to evaluate, vote on projects and make recommendations.

August 21                   Backup RAC meeting (if needed).

August 31                     RAC funding recommendations sent to counties for their review

Aug 31 to Sept. 14       County review of RAC project funding recommendations

September 14               County comments on proposed projects due to BLM

September 21               District Manager decision on funding for projects
