Determination of NEPA Adequacy DOI-BLM-OR-S050-2012-0002-DNA Planning Completed
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) originally analyzed the Gotaway Alder Timber Sale as part of the Gotaway Thinning EA (OR080-00-08) in 2001. The BLM has completed a Documentation of NEPA Adequacy (DNA) to ensure that the proposed action has been adequately analyzed and is still in conformance with the land use plan. The Gotaway Alder Timber Sale will thin 7 acres in the Matrix and Riparian Reserves land use allocations. It is located in T. 14 S., R. 7 W., Section 36, within the Upper Alsea River fifth field watershed in Benton County, Oregon.
