BLM proposes to amend an existing right-of-way permit and issue a new right-of-way permit for expansion and construction of two communication sites. The sites are located in T3S R6W section 29 and T4S R6W section 33 in Yamhill County on land in the Late Successional Reserve and Adaptive Management Area land use allocations.

Finding of No Significant Impact,Decision Record DOI-BLM-OR-S060-2010-0020-EA Planning in Progress
BLM has made a decision to issue right-of-way permits to expand an existing communication site and create a new communication site. The existing site is on BLM land in T3S R6W section 29 (Bald Mtn), and the new site is on BLM land in T4S R6W section 33 (Rock Creek). Construction is expected to occur in November 2010, depending on weather conditions.
