| Summary: The proposed action is to install a metal gate on BLM road 1-9-3 (Tillamook Ridge Road)to control access on that road and other tributary roads. The gate would be closed as needed to limit disturbance to a bald eagle nest located next to a tributary road in the area. Installation of the gate would occur in the spring of 2009 and would be done during the time of day between two hours after sunrise to two hours before sunset to reduce any potential disturbance affects to undiscovered breeding marbled murrelets. | |
