| Summary: The Bureau of Land Management, Marys Peak Resource Area, has completed a Documentation of NEPA Adequacy on a proposal to remove a failing culvert and construct a bridge at the Coleman Creek crossing on the South Fork Alsea Access Road. This document addresses the change in design. The Marys Peak Field Manager has decided to close the South Fork Alsea Access Road at MP 5.78 from October 10, 2012 to January 2013. This is a change from the bypass that was originally considered. A press release has been issued to notify the public of this closure. The project is located in Riparian Reserves land use allocation, T. 14 S., R. 7 W., Section 36, within the Upper Alsea River 5th field watershed in Benton County, Oregon.
