| Summary: This project is a variable-density commercial thinning of approximately 940 acres of 35- to 71-year old timber as well as road work to build 2.3 miles of new road (1.6 miles permanent road and 0.7 miles temporary), renovate or improve 13.3 miles of existing road, and decommission 4.6 miles of new and existing road. The project is located in the Upper North Yamhill River, Turner Creek and Middle Fork of North Fork Trask River 6th-field watersheds in Yamhill County. These actions would occur on private and federal land in portions of T.3S, R.5W, sections 3, 5, 7, 9, 17, 21, 28 and 29; Willamette Meridian. | |
