Summary: The Proposed Action of the Middle Fork Fire Salvage project is to salvage dead and dying trees from 34 acres within the Matrix Land Use Allocation (LUA) that resulted from the Middle Fork Fire, August, 2006. The Middle Fork Fire burned approximately 1000 acres of which approximately 300 were on BLM land.
