Summary: The description of road decommissioning between the Green Thunder EA and Decision was inconsistent. The Green Thunder EA (EA # OR-104-99-04) correctly analyzed the effects of road management. Therefore, further analysis of road management is not necessary. However, the following depiction and description of where and how much road decommissioning is planned is consistent and will be better understood by the reader. The total amount of road to be decommissioned is 0.6 mile, as stated in the Green Thunder EA.
