| Summary: The Upper Middle Fork Coquille Watershed Analysis (WA, p. 92) identifies 5,509 acres of mid-seral forest stands in the Matrix and Riparian Reserve allocations in the Camas Valley and Twelve Mile subwatersheds. These stands naturally evolved or were reforested following a previous harvest entry. The stands have been actively managed using silvicultural treatments such as pre-commercial thinning and fertilization. Approximately 5,000 acres of the stands are 30-60-years-old, while the remaining stands are between 60 and 80-years-old. | |
