Summary: second-growth timber in the Upper Umpqua Watershed located in Sections 9, 17, and 19; T24S, R6W, W.M. (see maps, Appendix A through C) and maintain a pump chance in Section 3. The proposed project area is approximately 10 road miles northwest of Sutherlin and approximately 15 air miles northwest of Roseburg, Oregon. Approximately 500 acres were analyzed for potential harvest activities. New road construction and renovation or improvement of existing roads would also occur.
