Summary: This Decision is for the replacement of five existing stream-crossing culverts on four streams within the boundaries of the Swiftwater Field Office, consistent with restoration projects proposed and analyzed in the Roseburg District Aquatic Restoration Environmental Assessment (EA) #OR-103-08-09. These are stimulus projects funded by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), and implemented by BLM partners.
