Summary: Reconstruct approximately six miles of fence used to control livestock movement along the old Barlow Cave grazing allotment boundary. The fence would be a four wire fence with BLM recommended wildlife specifications for wire, post, stay spacing, and would include 5 pedestrian access gates. Mitigation measure would include the following (as listed on page 5 ofDOI-BLMOR-P000-2006-0067-EA for removal, replacement, and reconstruction of existing fences).
