Summary: The proposed action is to renew an expired authorization for a communication site. The expired authorization was a Communication Use Lease, issued August 7, 1998 for a period of 10 years and expired on December 31, 2008. The proposed action is for a 20 year Communication Use Lease. This authorization is for North Unit Irrigation to continue to have their radio repeater located in the BLM building and a tower attached to the building. No new impacts would occur on BLM managed lands.
