Summary: The proposed action is to approve a Special Recreation Permit (SRP) for Oregon Event Company LLC to host an annual one day event known as the Run, Ride, Row in conjunction with Imperial River Company on the Lower Deschutes River and Access Road. The event is supported and presented by the Maupin Area Chamber of Commerce. The event would not involve any overnight use and all staging would be on private land owned by the Imperial River Company
