Summary: The proposed action is to approve a Special Recreation Permit (SRP) for Eagle Crest Res01i Development LLC to host guided horseback rides. The SRP would allow commercial, guided horse rides on just over 3 miles of designated trail within the Deschutes Resource Area of Prineville District BLM lands. The maximum group size is 8 riders with a maximum of 4 trips per day, totaling a maximum of 32 riders per day. All rides would be day trips with no overnight use.
