Summary: The proposed action is requesting a right-of-way (ROW) grant OR-66472, to construct, operate, maintain and terminate a road on public lands. The road is already in existence and identified on the Upper Deschutes Resource Management Plan (UDRMP) as a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) route open for motorized travel. The existing road is 20' wide and 1,322' long, more or less. It has a crushed rock surface. The road leaves Sisemore Road heading west, crosses BLM administered lands for approximately 1,322', and crosses U. S. Forest Service administered lands for about a qual1er of a mile and enters private lands. The road ROW would be 20' wide (l0' each side of centerline) x 1,322' long, more or less. Upon approval, the authorization would be for 30 years from the effective date of the grant and would include 0.61 acres, more or less.
