Summary: Two Actions: Bend Cable Communications, Corporation under FLPMA, as amended, requesting a right-of-way (ROW) grant OR-66174, to operate, maintain and terminate a previously installed buried and overhead fiber optic communication cable on public lands; authorized the installation of the fiber optic cable under ODOT Permit Number 10M37426. Level 3 Communications filed an application again under FLPMA and is proposing to install, operate, maintain and terminate a fiber optic cable 4 to 5 feet from the existing Bend Communication cable. Location is between the existing Bend Communications cable and the highway. Applicant would be restricted to using the existing road with access being along the highway.
