Summary: The Bureau of Land Management has prepared a Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) to analyze the effects of allowing West Butte Wind Power LLC (the Applicant) to improve and operate a four mile long access road and transmission line across BLM managed public land. The Project Area is located 32 miles east of the city of Bend and 30 miles south of the city of Prineville.
